Payment Policy

Currency and available payment methods

Prices and payments use GBP. The payment methods actually available for an order are the methods displayed at checkout. Availability can depend on the device, order and payment-provider checks.

Card and payment security

Complete payment-card numbers and card security codes are processed by Shopify or an authorised payment service provider. We do not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

Authorisation and order totals

A payment may be authorised, checked or declined by the payment provider. Product prices, applicable taxes and the total payable at checkout must follow the store's current settings. Please review the checkout total before submitting an order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing timing is explained in our Refund Policy. We do not send refunds to a different card, account or payment method.
