These Terms of Service apply when you use our website or buy goods from this store. They should be read with the policies linked in the footer.

Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily confirm acceptance. A contract is formed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for a genuine reason such as unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or an invalid delivery address, and any amount taken will be refunded.

Product information, price and payment

We take reasonable care to present accurate product descriptions, images and prices. Minor colour or packaging differences may occur because of screens or supplier changes, but goods must still comply with their description and UK law. Prices and payments are in GBP. The product price, applicable taxes, delivery charge and final amount shown at checkout follow the store's current settings and form part of the order information.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellation, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the statutory 14-day cancellation right for eligible online purchases and our 30-day no-reason return period.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful activity. Website availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, security or events outside our reasonable control.

Fairness and statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, and nothing excludes or limits UK consumers' statutory rights. Any term that would be unfair or unenforceable under UK law will apply only to the extent legally permitted. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 continue to apply where relevant.
