Delivery area and cost

We deliver only to valid addresses within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is free.

Processing and transit

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 4–6 business days. The normal estimated total delivery time is therefore 5–8 business days.

Weekends, UK public holidays, severe weather, carrier delays and an incomplete or incorrect address may cause delays. These estimates are not a guarantee where events outside our reasonable control affect delivery.

Tracking and address accuracy

When an order is dispatched, we provide available shipment tracking information. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; a change may not be possible after dispatch.

Legal delivery period

Unless a different date or period has been expressly agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by UK law. Our delivery estimates and commitments do not limit UK statutory consumer rights.
